Terms of Service

By choosing to commission me, you agree to my terms of service
Please read them carefully before proceeding with your request
› Full payment is required to secure your spot in my queue. Work will not be started until the full payment is received from client
› All listed prices are in United States Dollars ($USD) If this is not your currency, you will have to convert to see the cost for you
› Payments must be made via Ko-Fi or PayPal Invoice only. Commissions over $200 can be split, please ask ahead of time
› Commissions typically take between 1 to 3 weeks to complete, this heavily relies on the clients ability to respond to messages quickly
› Refunds in full are only available before I start sketches or I personally cancel. 50% refund on commissions when sketching has started
› All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use. If you would like to use the work for commercial purposes, ask me for a quote
› I, the artist, retain full rights to the original artwork. The customer may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use
› I own and reserve the right to use all artwork made by me for my own personal use. This includes anything you commission
› You are not allowed to edit, trace, recolor, rework or resell any commissioned artwork. Do not claim the work as your own
› I will not draw, trace or copy an existing emote artists work. When you commission me, you're commissioning my style
› Up to 3 small revisions are free. If the piece has to be redone completely or the client wants more changes, there may be additional charges
› If you're seeking the work to be completed by a specific date, please let me know ahead of time so I can tell you if I can accommodate
› Rush fees are available for +50% on top of the commissioned price. This guarantees your work completed within 7 days
› I work on my emotes in a 224 by 224px canvas. This is the final size you will receive. If you need larger file sizes, please let me know ahead of time
› I reserve the right to decline or request removal of any client I see fit. This includes if the client is uncooperative or continuously changes what they want
› By commissioning me you are agreeing that you are paying for service, which includes not only final art piece(s), but also the time I spend on the work
Preferences
✔ Themes I do feel comfortable and prefer drawing
› Animal mascot emotes or animal-like characters like Neopets, Pokémon, etc.
› Humans or humanoid characters. Although I feel more comfortable drawing animal emotes
› Plant life, flowers, bugs or other nature-inspired subscriber badges✖ Themes I do not feel comfortable drawing
› Anything not safe for work. This includes fetish, kink, or heavy gore
› Pepe emotes. I can draw poses based off them, but they will not have the Pepe look
› Detailed weapons, machinery, armor, war or military themes
› Offensive content. Anything depicting racism, hateful imagery or bigotry
Ordering

› Alternatively, if you're more comfortable, I can do commissions through my verified VGen account
› Make sure you know what poses you're after and have your reference images ready
➥ I suggest creating a Google Doc or something similar with any images/references of what you're seeking
› If the work is needed by a specific deadline, please communicate this as soon as possible so I can see if I can accommodate it
› Sketches of the work will be provided to the client to confirm satisfaction of the poses. The client is encouraged to provide any changes wanted
› If requested, I can update the client on each phase of the work ─ sketch, linework, color & rendering phases
➥ Default updates are sketch, any revisions and then the finalized work
› By default, the finished work will be uploaded to a private Google Drive and linked to the client to download onto their own computers
